Delia at PEP HOME CENTURION MALL, i think you need some customer service training. And also if you wake up in the morning you can not go to work if you are not okay. I think all of us do experience personal problems and we leave them outside the gate before we enter the place of employment. You were so so angry when i came into the shop today, unfriendly too. You couldn't even respond to my greeting. I have you my driver's license in hand, and you scanned it and put it in the desk while i was right in front of you. I showed you an SMS with the paxi ID, you read it and said "come back some other time clearly your parcel is not here", i took my phone back to double check the SMS, i found the correct one and apologized for showing you the wrong one, but you were still rude. You don't belong in the customer service industry
