Defamation of Character due to ******** prejudice!!!

<p>Yesterday 25/01/2017 around 4pm, my sister entered your store with the intention of purchasing a few essentials for her daughters for school. She browsed for quite a while. She was helped by one of your employees with a pants but the told the employee its fine she is rather going to bring her child in over the weekend to fit so as not to take the wrong size. She stood in the line with the products she decided she was going to purchase. While in the line your company radio station that plays announced that it was almost 4pm and with that realization she put down the products because she needed to get to checkers quick and purchase something for supper that night as she had a prior engagement on. She left the store proceeded to the checkers in the the centre. When she was done with her purchase she noticed that the centre security and the store security was waiting for her in the checkers store. Alarmed she asked what the problem was and was told she needed to go back to the pep store immediately. She asked why? And was told she just needed to go now. As she arrived in the store she noticed all the staff looking at her very rudely and drawing the attention of the customers in the store as well at that point by there invasive and rude stares. She was commanded in a rude manner by the store manager that she need to go in one of your fitting cubicles and that her bag needs to be searched, she asked why? The manager just told her she must search her. So she gave her the bag only to be told she must open it herself as the manager cannot open it and also that she needs to calm down immediatley. She opened her bag and threw out all the contents and upon doing so she was told by this girl there is no need to break her own belongs and to calm down again. She told the manager please have a look at everything in my bag and here is the receipts of everything that I have purchased in this centre today. At this point my sister was already hyperventilating. My sister has cancer and is on chemotherapy currently for her cancer. She is extremely skinny and we feel that your employees must have thought she was a druggy or tik addict. The reason she was long in the shop is because she gets tired quickly and thus does things slower. She is skinny because she has stomach cancer and secondary bone cancer, she hardly eats or has appitite.They found nothing on her or in the bags. So she told the manager why would I ***** and still go to another shop. As you can see everything in my bags are paid for. When she asked the manager who said she stole and why was she brought back for nothing the manageress apologize for the mistake and that she could not reveal who it was. She told her she has a right to know because she was humiliated all for nothing and woukd not be abke to show her face in the mall again because she was acosted in the checkers store and had to do a walk of ahame throught the centre with security for nothing as peipled stared at her curiously.She couldn't answer her then and just gave her measily apology again. Just because someone is abnormally thin happens to be a so called coloured by race does not equate to that person being a tic druggy or a *****. My sister was humiliated due to an ******** bias perception of your I'll equipped staff most likely uncultured and gutter educated staff( excuse my use of language and labels that I'm attaching to them but I'm just paying them the same respect that they are giving there consumers by their ignorance.) My sister came home in a state barely able to contain her anger and frustration. They could not even tell her what was supposedly ****** and you know why because nothing was ******. They just made an assumption based on how they thought the person looked and the humiliated that person for nothing with ungrounded reason. My extremely ill sister was humiliated by PEPSTORE employees for nothing. So pep how are you going to restore her dignity after you took from her, please enlighten me with your solution. I'm disgusted to my core and could'nt even sleep last night after seeing the state my sister was in who happens to be a grown women and single mother of four girls and by the way a very educated women who happens to be in a management position herself for a well known insurance company.</p>
