Defamation of character.

Good day.

I went to one of the Pep stores/Pep clothing at evaton mall yesterday morning and as I was shopping I noticed a female staff member whispering to another staff member and noticed they were talking about me but I ignored them and continued shopping, the lady followed me around and made my shopping experience really awkward,

so as i was leaving the store after collecting my back pack at the parcel counter the security guy started dragging me harshly to the back of the store, I kept asking him what i did wrong but he told me not to speak rather to just keep walking, then before i knew it i had 5 or 6 staff members pulling off my hoodie accusing me of *****ing it

And when they saw the tag they realised it wasn't from a pep store, instead of apologizing they harassed me with words telling me I am rude and ganging up on me, I was so embarrassed because now other shopper's started looking at me as if I had ****** something, I even had to pull my phone out and show them my bank balance just to try to brush off the embarrassment,

I would really like something to be done about this because I am really plan on opening a case against the store for harassment. I can't even put into words how I feel and I don't think I ever want to shop at a Pep store again in my life after what happened yesterday.
