Deeply dissatisfied

I went to PEP cell in the Gugulethu mall on 25/03/2019 to buy a DSTV explorer with installation. I am fuming with anger the person only came today 27/03/2019 and did a have job did not do the full installation. Left without checking that the tv is playing. To my surprise whwn I got home I found that there is no signal, LNB cable and new dish are not installed. I called him to tell him he gave an attitude. We are sitting paid for the subscription with nothing to watch. I called DSTV contact centre and the person is not acredited to DSTV Albert ********** 774, 079 **********
