Debt clearance

I was under deb review with debt movement organization, I received a clearance letter around May this year . The problem is on clear score my Capfin loan is still refelecting and when I check on my credit report only four accounts appear instead of five as per clearance certificate so I do not know as what to do for the debt to be cleared as it is paid up. Please help this is stressing me
