Daytime ******* from Pep online

Daytime ******* from Pep. At least I call that now without hesitating. I bought a baby bouncer online from Pep in mid June 2020, it's the 4th of November today I never received it. I've called numerous times following up on it, at some point I was told it was sent to Limpopo store, mind you I'm based in KZN and had paid for it there and had requested they deliver it there. But till today this has not happened. I then phoned to request for my money, the call centre agents usually say they will take it up and will get back to me but never do. I'm tired of these dirty tricks. All I want now, is my money. I even had to buy the product elsewhere.
