Day Time ******* and unprofessional cashier

I bought a phone at pep Thousands .on 10/08/2020 phone name SAM AZ core .so few weeks the other sim card is not working pls WhatsApp is no longer working so we ask help at pep the said we must buy airtime forR110.we did so the second day we must buy R150 we did when she busy helping she said is my job I'm hire to do this so yesterday she call n said she need airtime again I said I coming to take phone .so today she said she need 70 so I don't understand it's for wat cos the don't fix the phone.n the never mention that before.im total not happy .the person who was helping Glady
