DAY LIGHT ******* FROM PEP CELL EAST RAND MALL

My Sister Nhlanhla Sibiya bought a Nokia C editon phone on the 31st of March at Pep Cell in East Rand Mall store code 8773 on the 6 of April she took the phone back for repairs as it was giving her battery problems. since then the phone is not back and she is not given a straight answer as to why.... she been going to Pep daveyton mall and east rand mall on her own expence to get her money back or a new phone. she has not been assisted by any of the store and its just a back and forth sistuation. Can she be refuned because she no longer wants the phone or anything to do with Pep cell the customer service is appauling on all avenues. REFUND HER BACK SO SHE CAN BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER PHONE FROM A DIFFERENT STORE.
