DAWN PARK PEP

The morning of Saturday 02 June 2018 I visited the Pep Store in Dawn Park Boksburg knowing that the store opens at 08:00. I arrived at the store at 08:15 and the doors was still closed, I informed the staff on duty that the store needs to be opened as the notice advises that the store opens at 8 I was told to wait 5 minutes without a decent explanation of why I had to wait. I waited until 08:25 and the store had not yet opened, I left and returned at 9 when I asked Kagiso who was the cashier who assisted me he told me that they were busy and still I was not given a explanation, the rest of the staff on duty all looked at me in an unacceptable manner due to me questioning there service, the worst thing of the matter is that this is a store in Dawn Park however not a single employee from this store is from Dawn Park, if these people do not want to do their jobs why do they not stay at home as the youth in this area will be more than greatful to assist, I would like these employees to be disciplend as employees at the entire Dawn Park shopping centre seem to forget who is the customer. We dont ask for anything from Pep we are buying please email me feedback on the matter, **********
