Damaged shoes

<p>So on the 06/06/2017 I bought my son slippers and on the 8/06/2017 I realized the glue in the shoe came off I when to pep store boitekong mall requested the manager showed him the shoes and asked for an exchange then he refused saying "kids play and am sure your son damaged the shoes" what is the shoes had factory fault? I felt like there was no customer service at all I felt worthless id never buy from that pep coz the manager does not have empathy or any customer service what so ever</p>
