Daily ****** at PEP cell eyethu mall by Connie Mokoena and her team she has been saying am refunding you but nothing happens

Hellopeter please assist. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I received at PEP cell eyethu mall on 02/02/2026, I went to purchase a cellphone. However, I cancelled the purchase immediately after making the payment. Despite cancelling the transaction right away, my money was taken and has not been refunded to me. It has now been several days in contact with Connie Mokoena and she is dropping my calls with very very very bad attitude and sent emails with no response, but I have received no proper response and no refund. This situation is unacceptable and very distressing. I feel completely disregarded as a customer. I am requesting that my refund be processed urgently. I would appreciate written confirmation of when I will receive my money back. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the complaint further to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Please treat this matter as urgent.
