After 9 days I started to query the whereabouts of this package. Please go into your system and see who I spoke to these past two days. They are given me conflicting information as to the whereabouts of this package. The last straw was when Lucille called me just now telling me that i will have to wait another 7-9 days for the package because the Pepstores doesn’t communicate with each other and the package will only now be routed to the correct store

Im so fed up with paxi and you are on the verge of loosing a good loyal client that makes use of paxi of an average of 10 or more packages a week (your system will show this) Courier guy is charging R50 for the same package to home addresses and they collect it from my house. I stayed loyal to paxi but I really had enough of the *********** service from paxi/Pepstores.

Instead of phoning me telling me that the made an error but i will get my packages asap, i get a call from Lucille telling me that sorry i must now wait for paxi/Pepstores incompetence
