Customer service sucks

Went to Pep at Delft mall today and when it was almost closing time one of the employees started to mop the floor while there was still customers in the shop.He was rushing us and my son couldn't even pick the shoe he wanted,so i told him to help us then we can finish quicker then he just grabbed the first size 2 he could get and it wasn't what my son wanted.My son felt bad and said ok he'll take it but as we walked toward the till my son said he just said ok in front of him because he's irritated with him so i told him to go back and get the shoe he wanted and the employee told him there's no more 2's which we knew is a lie and the lady ssecurity was laughing at us for getting upset.He could've started his mopping on another place where there was no- one,but instead we got mopped out of the shop.
