Customer service etiquette

Had such a horrible day today at Pep store Lemon Tree in Alberton at the hands of Dipuo one of the cashier or "so called manager" Went instore to look for a packet of grandpa which was out of stock on my way out of the store Dipuo comes running asking me to stop which I did, and asked why she is stopping me, she said I must wait and then went to the storeroom. I was stunned cause she didn't even explain why she was stopping me. I then left because I saw no reason to be standing there what I was looking for wasn't even there. She came outside to the parking lot asking me if the sweater I was wearing I wore it instore, I was stunned. She went on to page on the looking for price tag in the parking lot all eyes on me. I was still confused coz the sweater doesn't even look new. She then left went back to the store no apology no nothing. I was about to leave but something pushed me to go back instore and addressed the matter. Still she couldn't say sorry. I went to look for the pills and water in another store coz I had a serious headache which was what even brought me to the store in the 1st place. When I went back to the car told my sister what just happened, she got crossed and we went back to confront Dipuo. We 1st asked for a manager but apparently she is the manager. We caused a scene then she called security. The stupid security supervisor couldn't even mediate the matter instead he was just biased and sided with the stupid Dipuo with absolutely no customer service etiquette. They both need to be thought how to deal with costumers and conflict, they are useless and have pride. What's more annoying is that that stupid lady cudnt open her mouth to apologize. We are tired of been ridiculed and looked down at by shop keepers in the name of we doing our job. Would she have done the same if I was of different race...South African cashiers, shop assistant's or keepers need to be trained properly to deal with clients in a respectable manner. I want to lodge a full complaint against the so called manager if Pep lemon tree Dipuo
