Customer service at PEP stores Eya Bantu Mall Zwelitsha

Visited PEP stores in Zwelitsha Eya Bantu Mall yesterday to buy a bodice for my 13 year old child and when I called her to tell her she told me that the size was not gonna fit her. Following day which is today Saturday I went back to try and return it and I was assisted by a Lady by the name of Sintu if am not mistaken. She piped into the plastic packet and informed me that their they have a no return policy on their under and that they she was told during her training about it. I then asked why was I not informed as I am not in retail and her answer was "do I not know about it". I can understand their no return policy but it's the way she responded, not acknowledging as I kept on asking her if she can please listen to me so that I can understand clearly. I even informed her that I don't think I satisfied with how she handled me.
