Customer service and staff not being professional

I visited pep athlone to go and draw some money over there counter as I stood there the cashiers aqeela and Kelly had attitudes telling me they will not help me and I cannot draw money for my sister she has to collect herself just looking at their faces and their body language chased me away from the store the Kelly person told me that I'm lying cos I am drawing money for a person outside as somebody else already tried to do so.I will never again put my foot at that store and will make sure this go to the daily sun and voice they clearly do not know what customer service is .
