customer service and bad service

<p>i visited one of the pep store in Port Shesptone yesterday THE 18th April 2017, Actually i had an item that i bought in PEP South Coast mall of which i found out that my son has one and wanted to exchange for something useful to the nearest pep of which was that Port Shepstone Pep near Rhino Store. The lady that welcomed me was Sonto (pregnant lady), who just turned me back because i did not buy the item from their shop and was asked to return to where i purchased it. i dont know if that is the new way of operating in the nation wide stores. If that is the new proceedure of operating you were suppose to let us know as people who bring salary and food in your table. i no longer want to visit or any of my family to visit that store because of their poor service and unprofessional behaviour.</p>
