Customer service

Today I had the most unacceptable service at pep store in kimberley Galeshewe (P6118).I bought 3 school shirts sized 7/8 at the price of R24.99.When I came to the till they scanned R29.99 the cashier told me she can't do anything about it I then requested her to call the supervisor to rectify it, Tell me why did she tell me to take it or leave because they are R29.99, that time the line is long with only 2 cashiers.I futher asked them to call the manager, it went from bad to worse she told me to report the supervisor if I felt I have been treated unfairly and she even mentioned that yes customer is always right, I feel they don't care about it and they acted as people whom always get away with such.I even asked her to come with me to the shelfs so that I can show her that all this shirts were priced R24.99 she refused and told me to do what I had to do and the supervisor futher continued to say she does not care I can go ahead and report her. Well I paid and left unhappy and disappointed.Now Pep is this customer service your supervisors and managers trained for. To handle wrong princing in that manner that R12 is a huge amount to me it could have done something.Im really not happy on how this was handled by management please have a look at this.
