Customer service

They are rude,the lady looks annoyed,and she talks rudely with elderly parents she doesn't say please or thank you,my experience with them is not good ,the chat amongst each other as you talking to the lady she doesn't respond, she just looks at you and continues,she speaks rudely, she's a short alil light skinned lady ,this is not my first encounter with her always the same nasty attitude
