Good afternoon Im writing this letter because of the bad service i got today at pep store at Ivory3 kopanong shopping center in tembisa. The cashier nane is mittah ii went there to send a corrie of paxi and asked the lady and immediately said to me the paxi is off line then i asked her to please check again for me course i was at the other pep store it was online but they didn't have the paxi plastic that i wanted and yhe cashier said no she is not going to check she called another costume while i was waiting there like a fool then i asled her for a plastic she also refused to help me when i asked why she started swearing at me i was so disappointed because there wherd other stuff members inside the shop but they didn't help also
