Customer Sales Lady of the year.

Last week Friday (15th October 2021), I went to Pep store at Vander Walt and Vermeulen Street (Pretoria CBD). My girlfriend went to early labor and we were not prepared. We haven’t bought the baby and mommy clothes for the hospital. I went in the store not knowing where to start or what to buy. The sales lady by the name of Gugulethu, came to my rescue. She was extremely patient, empathetic, kind and most of all helpfully. She helped me with all the baby essentials, clothes, basically everything and more that I needed for my baby girl and she also went over and beyond, in helping with my girlfriend’s pajamas, morning shoes and clothes for going home. She helped me to choose everything and I saved more money than I could have imagined. Everything was value for money and good quality. When she told me that she was still in training, I couldn’t believe because all the time she was helping, she knew where everything was and she spoke highly of the quality of the clothes and everything in the store. I wish everyone could get the same customer service as I got from Gugulethu.

My small family and I are eternally grateful of the customer service we got from Gugulethu. My girlfriend is planning to go to the store to personally thank her for helping me. Pep store at Vander Walt and Vermeulen Street is the BEST. Thank you again Gugulethu.
