Customer complaint: Worst service

Went to Pep cell in Dobsonville, was assisted by a young lady by the name of Nonhlanhla, at the cashier. Whilst trying to give her money, she was busy talking with her colleague Lesego on the other till, and just ignored me, I then asked her for her attention whilst she is serving/assisting me,she then Ave me an attitude. I asked her/Nohlanhla , why she was giving me attitude, she just ignored me. I then asked for her manager, Lungile, who was called from the back office, but she also never came out. I was then told she is having tea, and as a result sh won't come.
