Customer complaint

I went to Pep Station Mall Randfontein today, we were queuing, here comes this other guy he didn't que, he went straight to the cashier and it was my turn to get help, I asked why the guy skipped the que, the cashier without a name tag said she dnt understand English, I spoke Xitsonga she becomes rude and disrespectful because I'm a Tsonga, the other cashier without a tag get into it and cover up her colleagues badd behaviour towards customers, I was attacked because I told her to stand to be corrected she shoulve told us that these guys are at work so they don't que simple as that and again the security guard comes out of nowhere and he didn't ask what's going on, he told me to leave the premises and never ever set my foot there. I'm still in disbelief how come Pep hired people who can't understand English and other African languages and they are very rude.
