Customer complaint

the poor service I received at one of your PEP stores in mount fletcher on 7 April 2026.

I visited the store to collect money and presented my driver’s license as identification. The staff member who assisted me, Lerato, responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of calmly explaining that a driver’s license is not accepted, she told me that I “speak bull****” in front of other customers.

I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and humiliating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and professionalism at all times.

I believe that such conduct is unacceptable, especially for someone working on the front line. I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I would appreciate feedback regarding this complaint.
