Customer complain

I had a very bad customer service, at Pep store in Sam Ntuli mall. NTHABISENG gave me the worst customers service. I was in the store and asked for assisted, and she said customers are a problem, if i don't know something how is she suppose to know, she works in store, she's suppose to help me for heaven sake. She gave me the worst service, I even regretted coming to that store because before I reached that Pep store i pass 2 pep stores, I'm very unhappy. She was rude and ruined my day.
