Customer chased away!!

On the 7th February 2025 at around 13:45,1 went to my nearest PEP store to buy two PAXI plastics and drop it off my parcels. I first went to PEP inside City View to purchase these plastics and stepped aside to pack my items and register them on my PAXI portal since l'm self-employed and have worked closely with PEP PAXI for the last 3 years! When I was done registering them,l went back at the till to wait for the next available cashier-the tills were all occupied as most customers were purchasing phones, l then decided to go right across to PEP Cell and rather do a "quick drop" there! I requested to be assisted with my drop offs,one of the cashiers (female) rudely told me to go back where I purchased the plastics and do it there,not at their PEP! I was chased away and I went back,l had go back to PEP and stand another 10-15 minutes! Worst experience ever!
