2012 my mom took out a policy for granny, now 2021 she's being told that my granny is too old and their agents shouldn't have approved the policy in the first place... Now we are running around like headless chicken trying to sort this issue out...Hollad has the worse customer service I've ever experienced.. What's even worse now I'm incur re cost while calling Hollad customer care, at pep stores we were told to make the calls ourselves.. What's adding to my frustration is that we took out this policy at pep stores now we must be the one to communicate with hollad.
