*****ed and Rude Staff member

<p>Today i went to Pep store at Kempton Gate. I am quite an alert person so i saw as i was paying for my purchases which come to almost 1000 that the rude cashier, Lindiwe, was trying to swipe some kind of blue Pep card that i didnt know so i asked her what shes doing with the card, is she swiping some kind of points card or something, so i asked if Pep now has points cards she said no, its just a lucky card. ****!!!! i had to call the store manager (who is quite timid, i dont know how Pep made her a manager it looks like this Loindiwe bullies her. The week before she was rude while working in the clothing section. So, she does not tell customers about this card and she is rude about it and uses some other card to claim purchases from customer's purchases , she is a ***** and a **** and rude,!! this was my favourite Pep store until now. i asked for the regional manager and the manager said that they are not allowed to give his numbers out. so please can this matter be taken seriously!!</p>
