I bought a phone last year 1 July and I was told it had 1 year warranty last month my phone acted on me and took it back to pep they told me it would be booked in for 6 weeks today I went to fetch it only to be told it's not fixed caused it is out of warranty. The manager there was not so helpful mind u he told me to call pep cell and complain because he can see this phone is still under warranty. He is the manager he can see the is something wrong but he just had to shift the blame. I'm not worried about the phone but what I'm worried about old people buy phones at pep cell and if they told what I'm being told today they will just leave with no assistance. Those people just don't care.
