**** phones at PEP

So ****ed off. Purchased a Mobicell R6 phone worth R1100, 9 days ago. At day 8 it started giving problems by freezing up. The lady got it o work again by removing simcards. Today at day 9 same problem. Could not get it to work again. So I took it back just to find out that I now need to have eit send away for repairs and cannot exchange it after 7 days. So the phone only work for 7 days the you can use it for s**** metal. So now I am again without a phone, as they want me to purchase another phone while the other one is in for repairs.
