CPA over promised under delivered ..Customers taken for fools in 2022 still!!

Dear Future Consumers ..I need to let the world know of such a deceiving Company that is full of *******ion and dishonest Employees ..I thought by year 2022 we would of changed by now and I regret the day I set my foot at pep empangeni Rail cos I’m disappointed disgusted over its employees and dishonest Staff if it were to me I’d shut the whole of the untrained staff and get rid of them .On the 11/02 I went into your store to purchase some gifts for family members which were Mobile devices and gadget i let a consultant whom I asked to please sell me a phones that were reliable and had durability and was offered a Samsung phone .a unsealed phone was brought to me and I even asked As to why the phone was open and I was told it was opened at the back office I must not worry to my stupidity I took the phone cos already I had other errands to attend to. I asked for the phones accessories etc which the store didn’t have at all and extras so I went .Little did I know that I was given the worst ******* brand ever Samsung that started cracking within days . So I decided to take the phone to the store and ask why this phone was doing this and the consultant said that I should choose another phone so I said I’d top up and take a Hisense and pay the difference according to CPA constitution on 2012 .I was asked for the box but mentioned it was at home so I’d travel back and go pick it up and bring back the full packaging etc .Only to come back that they had changed they minds and said that the owner of the store has said no they cannot help me anymore there’s nothing they can do .I was quite disappointed and upset cos I was taken for an imbecile .so I asked what’s there to be done with such a phone and the Manager said it would be booked in as a OBF open box failure .Ok I agreed to that I asked that when the phone will be returned and I was told to wait 31 days till to date I have no phone with me just a run around from these ladies who are taking me for a fool .when I asked if I were to be quoted and how much it would be the consultant said I was not to worry about it the store would write the credit note on its behalf (I swear if you they were honest enough that consultant would remember those words .) so that was the reason I left the phone otherwise I would of told them to chuck it in the ******* bin if I known it was unreliable.the reason I’m upset the staff is not trained honesty the manager was hiding herself at the back office when she saw me come in the door she sent her girls to come deal with me because she was afraid to deal with the case .In Friday I went to pep to do a follow up and find out what was going on firstly they spoke falsely and said that they have been trying to get hold of me on all my alternatives numbers I gave them (why do u lie to customers ) I was over promised but got under delivery service I’m disgusted and I feel sorry for Samsung that it did it’s business with PEPkor I wish Samsung can see this message of mine cos I will also make sure that I don’t rest on all Social Plantforms so that the best consumer who goes into pep knows that the service delivery is very poor .I have gone through all the call records on my side I do not see any call from them but on my side I have numerous call records that I did calling to do a follow up and promised to be gotten back .Pep empangeni Rail you may think that all customers that come into your store are uneducated but it’s not that at all we give you respect but you treat customers at stupid things which in my culture I just don’t tolerate it goes beyond your values of the brand .which you need to re look .I logged a complained at headquarters with a lady called Babalwa and she took down my details but I never received no call .I’m saying this I curse the day I landed my feet on your door step and I will never ever support such a group of *******ion in your stores .If you do not want to assist me you would of said and I would be happy with the phone I currently have cos I ended up getting a iPhone with accessories and I’ve been happy since .You can keep that ******* phone and that money I used to purchase . I will rather go to a reputable store there are many retail stores nationwide then Pep .pep will never change and I will do legal charges against the store and it’s employees so please before you go buy anything make sure you have details ..
