The rating is zero to non existent The experience with Paxi’s call centre has been frustrating.Asupervisor named Sisipho dropped a call while I was speaking to her, showing no willingness to help.All I wanted is information about my parcel, which was supposed to arrive with 3-5 working days , but still not here. Everything I call they clam the parcel is still in transit with their independent courier, and that someone will escalate the issue and call me back. However I’ve yet not receive any updates or my parcel
