Courier parcel from pep store kaalfontein to Malelane kamaqhekeza(Naas)

On the 29th of June 2024, I went to Pep Store Kaalfontein to courier my parcel. I purchased a 3 to 5 working days plastic, which means that my delivery will arrive between 3 to 5 working days. After mailing, I received a confirmation SMS confirming my parcel would arrive before July 5th. Today is the fifth day without hearing from PAXI/PEP to let me know whether there was a delay with my parcel, so I went to trace it down and discovered via the website that the latest update was on July 3rd, with the status "Failed delivery attempt by courier." When I called, they informed me that the parcel had been delivered at the incorrect address.They will try to settle it, but they have no idea how long it will take. I should be patient because these types of difficulties take time to resolve. I'm very concerned right now because it's my son's stationary and schools are reopening on Tuesday. I'm just getting back from the PEP store in Kaalfontein; I told them what was going on, and the lady at the store gave me an attitude like, "They took your parcel from us, there's nothing we can do for you unfortunately." It's their problem, but they're not being pleasant. I'm not sure how long I should wait, but my son needs those items by Tuesday. @PAXI If you notice this, please help because no one is willing to assist me, and I have no idea where my parcel is.
