consumer rights

<p> </p> <p>Hi, last weekend i bought two samsung Z2 phones at Pep cell at alex mall.never knew the phones were not androind and no one even bothered to tell at the shop. I tried several times to search for google play but only to find out myself that phone is powered by so called tizen which does not have bank apps and more.Went back to shop so they can swapt one of this tizen Z2 with a same price or even put more money for phone with adroid but never got help. Sales there is fast, not asked what you looking for at phone and they so happy to receive your money but go back for help you will see how they treat costumers. Where is consumers right, why must I keep the phone that does not even meet half way of my need, I could keep one of this phones but not both stupid phones.</p>
