Consistently is Vital and treating all customers the same

consistently is vital Good Day Kindly note I am extremely disappointed by the approach of the 3ladies who were working by the tills today.I was walking in with my family with a trolley I was screamed at with those 3 ladies in a very disrespectful manner telling me to leave the trolley out .I DDnt mind I asked my husband to wait for me outside but I felt very disrespected because I met people with trollies inside so when I asked the lady by the tills by the name Maya she responded with attitude that they DDnt see them so my question they only see me walking with a troulley.can Pep Home mall of the south be consistent with their rules I really felt undermined in a manner I e been treated today. All customers must be treated the same that all I'm asking
