Compromised service from Pep Cell Blue Route Mall.

Good Day,

Today I went to Pep Cell in Blue Route Mall, the one that is inSide Checkers Stores. A Lady By the name of MISHKA gave a very dissapoing service I wanted to leave but because I had a goal of savings I needed to do this saving ina separate account I forced myself to stay put regardless of how I am being treated, badly from other two different Pep Stores, first in GOODWOOD MALL next to pick n pay, second in Pep at Blue route mall and I asked if is there any other pep and I was directed to this pep cell.

What irritates me and felt I have been given a compromised service, is when MISHKA ask me to come to her after that asked me what is that I want and after I told her she never apologized that she needed to attend to something at the back never instead she went at the back and never came back and the young lady who was so keen to help and apologized of what her colleague did went out of her way to help.

I wonder how many people have been treated by that kind of attitude, the business owners and her reporting lines need to know about such behavior.
