I had the most horrible and terrifying experience today at Pep store Standorton in Juxion complex. The till operator call Emmanuel whom did not have a name tag was so rude and even tried to fight me because I was asking him why is he assisting people at the back of the line while I was 1st and he said "I don't know" with attitude.told him I was 1st and he continued to call people at the back and did even care and even threatened to beat me up If I speak to him.i have never been so humiliated like that in my life.all this happened while his manager was there next to him.her name is Nozwelo.The only person I give appreciation in that shop is Kahabo.she assisted me very good
