complaint poor service

My name is Difuru.I. I bought dstv decoder which includes installation at your store yesterday. I was given a card with the installer's details. I called and was told that I will receive a call today.Im still waiting for the call even now. I think you should just remove the installation as the service is poor. They don't even have the decency of acknowledging the receipt of the smses we customers sent.
