Complaint Pep stores

Went to Pep Stores at Gillwell in East London. Everytime that i try to pay my dstv acc there, they are offline. All the time. Every day. Every month. Cashier (Nwai) advised me its the network. Did not even bother to check if its back online and its a story they tell us everyday.

Then tried to pay for an item. Had no price on it. Told me they have no code for it or price. Told me its past 12 so they cant even ask headoffice for price.

Service was just too pathetic for me. Looks like they never even tried to repory this network issue.
