Complaint : Pep Store Sasolburg

My name is Barbara Tete ID ***081, I went to Pep store to pay my 2 accounts respectively (Starsat and Telkom) of which Starsat is R250, 00 and Telkom R3100, 00, therefore I gave the cashier (Rose) R3100, 00 to pay Telkom instead payed Starsat. I immediately made her aware of the error and requested her to reverse the account, bluntly she told me the account will take 40 days to be reversed. Honestly the treatment i received was very bad and my Telkom Account can be closed at any time but the lady care less, i went to the store everyday for 3 days without gettong any help. Kindly assist me Peter
