Complaint PEP store Reitz

Hi I went the PEP store at Reitz and i must say that the service the is very bad from the management, staff was clueless with the some of the service that company provide for it's customers. I went to the store on Monday the 6th and assisted by the lady called Palesa, I was there to withdraw cash as is one of the services you provide. She then tells me that i cannot withdraw that cash as it is R120 she can not assist me without even trying. I then go to the other store which they were able to assist and it is the same store/company. I went back to the store to her why was she lying if she did not know she could have called her manager. She was rude and she did not even try to apologies to me and her attitude was the worse, i ask her to call the manager so that i can speck to her and when the manager can she wasn't helpful at all as she was trying so hard to defend her instead of trying to apologies and address this issue with the staff member.

I would be happy for that store to get more training regarding customer service how to talk to customers. i was very disappointed by the store manager on how she also handled the situation at hand.

Hope this gets addressed with the store and hope to hear from the store.
