COMPLAINT OVER ****** PARCEL @ STERKSTROOM PEP STORE//PARCEL NO.:D***

Greetings,

The above matter refers.

Kindly note that the above mentioned parcel is said to be ****** by the Pep Store in Sterkstroom, together with another parcel that was also sent out by the very same sender.

These parcels were delivered at the Pep store on the 27 of September 2023 and only today was the theft reported to the sender.

What is of greater concern is the fact that the Pep employee/Cashier who was assisting in the delivery of these parcels never made mentioned/advised of any cover or insurance option, so the Sender was never made aware of that option till date wherein she was advised that her parcels were ****** and she should have taken cover/insurance.

At the Pep store today, the sender was advised that the Pep Cashier who was assisting in this deliver has since resigned from the store. The Store Manager by the name of Buyelwa informed the customer that they cannot get hold of this resigned employee so the Area manager by the name of Nicola / Zan Spruit said that they cannot assist the customer when the Cashier at fault is no longer with them, because it was going to be the cashier who was going to pay the customer.

Both ****** parcels are not worth less than R500 that is said to be the recourse under these circumstances and if the sender was informed or made aware of the option to take insurance, she would have.

There was also a call made to the Paxi customer care line where we were assisted by Ms. Phelelwa who advised that this incident has been opened on their system and the sender was supposed to be advised of the option of a cover/insurance by their employee.

Urgently reply to this email with a just recourse.

Regards, Mamtolo ***/*** PARCEL NO.:D***
