Complaint

I visited Pep Cell Florida Square to courier parcels. The service I received from Katleho on the 06/07/2021 was very bad. She was rude and not friendly at all. I had two parcels I had to courier and one small and the other one big. I didn't know that I pay based on the packet sizes, I thought I pay based on the days I want the parcel to take. The last time I came to the store to courier that's what was explained to me. So she asks me how much I said R60 she takes out a packet and ask the other one I say to her R60 both R60. She point at the packet she pulled out with an attitude and said do you think those things will fit in this. That time the packet is still sealed, I don't even know how big/small it is.Katleho went as far as saying pep should open a store only for courier, well she wasn't talking to me but to the lady next to her, which she referred to as her manager. Katleho need to be trained properly. She doesn't have customer service skills, she doesn't know what to say and when to say it. We were not there to irritate her but just to do business with Pep. If she doesn't like her job anymore she shouldn't take her frustrations on us as clients. She can be unfriendly and cold but when it comes to her job it will be nice for her to explain processes to us clients so that we can make informed decision and not anoiy her.
