Complaint

I have bought a cellphone at pep cell at thabo sehume street a month later the phone started to freeze. I took the phone back to the store and till today I'm still waiting for my phone to be replaced its been 3 months now and each time I go to the store I'm been taken from piller to pots... No assistance...please help
