Complaint

Good afternoon.i would like to report a complain againste pep swartruggens.thay advertised a item under a other price then what it scand.and when I called the manager she was to busy on the phone to came and help me.i had to what for an half an hour for her to finish on the phone. when she did came to me, I told her wat happened and there she got rude, arrogant, bombastic with me and said that she can't do nothing about it.she didn't even try to help me and walked away.then I asked her if she is gone help me or not,she engorged me.so I ask her again and then she aggressively chased me out of the shop after she threatened to call the police. I have placed this complaint on hello Pieter as well and if I do not get ene feedback about the complaint I will go to the news papers.
