Complaint against strubensvalley/Retail Crossing Manager / Supervisor Pretty

Good day All

My name is Refilwe Masuluke, currently working at Dischem in Strubensvalley/ Retail Crossing.

I am writing to complain about the treatment I received from one of your employees from Pep Strubensvalley by the name of Pretty.

It has been two instances now whereby I have been receiving bad customer service from the manager Pretty.

First instance was that I bought an Item from a store in Alberton, and wanted to exchange it for a bigger Item and the lady gave me a super bad attitude, did not want to take back the Item and told me to take it to the store I bought it from, and It was still in good condition also the receipt provided.

Second Instance I bought shoes from the store she currently works in, and two days later the shoes were torn, Took them back to the store with the receipt also and she gave me a rude attitude again and did not want to exchange them.

I am now writing this email hoping there would be an action done for such treatment, and very much not happy about the store service anymore, especially coming from someone I expect to know more about customer obsession and how the customer should be treated.

Really hoping to get a positive response from the Incidents management.
