Complaint against Pep Cell now handed over to National Consumer Commission

I bought a phone from Pep Cell at Northgate on 17/09/2017. After a couple of weeks it started giving problems. I went back to Pep only for them to press a few buttons and tell me there is nothing wrong. They told me that if I have more problems I must take the phone to Vodacom (I believe that they should have done this). I went to Vodacom and again was told nothing is wrong. Over the next few months the phone has got progressively worse with me having to factory reset it twice and also amongst other things having to restart it several times a day. So I went back on 17/02/18 and as per my rights I asked for a refund so I could go and get myself a phone that works. They absolutely refused and I have been backwards and forwards to so many people with no joy just rather they dont return my calls. Probably hoping I will go away. Well today I have lodged a complaint with the NCC because as per the Consumer Protection Act and I quote " Within 6 months the consumer may return the goods without penalty if the goods fail to satisfy the requirements and standards and at the direction of the consumer the supplier must either refund, repair or replace the goods. Well I want a REFUND
