Complaint about staff attitude and messing my deliver address

Yesterday I went to have 4 parcels sent at KwaMnyandu in Umlazi. Firstly the lady who was assisting me Zamo or Zama tells me that I must bring a store number or she cant send my parcels and it cannot be done with a store name or address. Then calls her manager. Who then tries to give me the same bull**** story and I asked her since when is this from as I send parcels every other day. She then asks me where im sending it to and I told her brookside mall in pmb and she deliberately put church street. Pep needs to teach their staff manners or Paxi must please work with another company. The disgusting service we get at most Pep stores is unbelievable. I now have to go back and get them to change something she did deliberately just to spite me. The part that ****es me the most is that it was the store manager. What leadership s****s she is teaching others. Im disgusted.I want this error fixed immediately because I told that manager brookside mall pmb and she said what if thee is 4 of them and I rep**** as long as its in that mall the client is ok. I normally get such great service from the other ladies but these 2 that I interacted with yesterday have really disappointed me. Here I was thinking for once in the township we are getting great service then this 2 go and destroy the impression I had.
