Complaint

I'm truly deverstated with the service I received today at PEPcell today (14-01-2025) at 580 Dr pixely ka seme street durban. When a cashier refused to draw money for me that was sent via pep store... At first she said she does not have money and I should use shoprite or other pep stores... I requested to see her manager (spheh) when the manager came I explained that the cashier had an attitude towards me and deliberately refused to draw R100 pep money for me... The manager asked why?... Her response was she doesn't have money in her draw.... When the manager unlocked her draw she had money and the cashier -(nonjabulo) was very much angry when the manager instructed her to draw the money for me.... I'm truly concerned with her attitude and I'm wondering whether will I be able to use that store again....
