Complaint

Good day , on the 13 / 12 /21 & I’m not happy about the phone it has a problem with the battery & it has two sim slots but the second slot isn’t working & when i went to address the issue the cashier admitted that she didn’t explain the things of that phone to me but the Manager was very rude to me . They took the phone for repairs & now I don’t have a phone .

I’m in king williams town & i bought the phone in Pep that is in Fleet Street next to Boxer
